Blood Oath: Forever Yours

Chapter 33: Who’s Your Young Master?

Chapter 33: Who’s Your Young Master?

The door was suddenly opened, and a tall man with built figure came in.

“You’re awake?”

The man took a glance at her. Then, he walked towards the window to open the curtain and the bright

sunlight shined inside in an instant.

“Although you fell into the sea with your car, it was fortunate that you weren’t in water for long and we

managed to rescue you in time. Other than a few superficial wounds, there wasn’t any fatal injury on

your body. Stay in bed and rest for a few days. You’ll recover soon.”

So, it wasn’t heaven here...

She was still alive, because someone had rescued her.

“Thank you.”

Charlotte muttered and looked towards the direction where the man was standing at. She could also

see the sea waves hitting the shore not far away.

“Where... am I?”

“Nameless Island, our master’s private island. The cities nearby were all far away from here. Miss

Garcia, don’t worry. You can recuperate in peace here.”

Charlotte was stunned. She subconsciously raised her head and looked at him, “Do you know me?”

“Of course.”

The man nodded without any other expression on his face.

“Our young master specially told us before the accident that Miss Charlotte was a simple person, but

the things that you encountered were too complicated. Hence, he asked us to look out for you.”

The things that happened afterwards was evident.

Charlotte clearly knew how deep the Tulum Sea was. If someone hadn't rescued her from the car the

moment she fell into the sea, she wouldn’t have any chance of survival.

It was just that she didn’t remember knowing their young master at all.

“Who is your young master ?”

The man did not answer. He poured a cup of warm water and passed it to Charlotte along with the

medicine. He murmured,

“You’ll see him sooner or later.”

Charlotte understood his meaning, so she didn’t continue asking. Then, she thought about something

and asked gently.

“Would we be able to hear about the outside news on this island?”

Upon hearing that, the man was stunned.

He seemed to have caught what she was thinking about. He deeply looked into Charlotte’s eyes.

“We managed to save you on time, but your father and brother weren’t so lucky. I offer my sincere

condolences, Miss Garcia.”

Condolences...

Although she had clearly known about her family’s death, she still felt pain when someone revealed the

truth to her.

Charlotte clenched her fist tightly. She immediately stuffed the pills on her palm into her mouth and

swallowed it without water. After that, she smiled bitterly.

“I understand.”

She just felt that since she wasn’t dead and had nothing else to worry about anymore, it was a pity that

such a good opportunity wasn’t used to demand repayment.

At this moment, a whistle sounded outside the villa.

The man looked out of the window. He took a glance at Charlotte and turned around to walk out of the

room.

“Have a good rest. Someone will take care of you here.”

With that, he left the room. He went downstairs and hurriedly walked out of the villa.

Under a beach umbrella on the seashore, he bowed to a middle-aged man who looked about forty to

fifty years old and politely greeted him.

“Master.”

The middle-aged man answered with his nasal voice. He wore a short shorts with his upper body

unclothed and he took a sip of fruit juice from time to time.

“How is she?” The middle-aged man narrowed his eyes and looked towards the room where

Charlotte’s was, “She was rescued after attempting to commit suicide. Is she making a second attempt

again?”

“No, she has been clear-headed since she woke up.”

The middle-aged man nodded in satisfaction.

Then, the corner of his lips tipped into a smile again.

“Well, I didn’t expect the person that my son asked you to protect would be Lawrence’s woman.”

“Send someone to City B and bring the news to Lawrence. It would be a pity if I didn’t use such a good

opportunity to get even with him.”
