After changing their clothes and washing up, they went downstairs to have breakfast. After that, the driver drove them to the Civil Affairs Bureau.

George had three days of marriage leave, so he didn’t have to go to work. When they arrived at the Civil Affairs Bureau, they went through the formalities very quickly, but it took longer for the photo taking. Sigrid was too embarrassed to get too close to George, and the smile on her face was a bit awkward. Well, it seemed she and her brother–in–law shared very similar taste, as with the previous breakfast! Seeing that George had ordered a lot and they had enough to eat, Sigrid ordered only a cup of coffee. After the waiter left, George said, “You don’t have to save me money.”

Sigrid was worried that he might think her behavior was patronizing, so she quickly explained, “I’m not saving you money. It’s because there are no prices on the menu, which made it a little difficult for me to order.”

After all, if the dishes she chose were too expensive, it would make him spend a lot of money, and if she didn’t order enough, he would lose face if it was too cheap. No matter how she looked at it, she couldn’t do it. It was all because the menu had no prices!
