Chapter 231: Dad! I Finally Found You!
Alexander glared at Vivian fiercely and whispered, "Vivian, you better make it look real. If you make any mistake, your future will be ruined!"
Of course, Vivian understood this!
She was sure that it was Noah!
But... she treated Noah that way before...
Her lips trembled, "Alexander... are you sure he has forgotten what happened in the past twenty years?"
"Of course!"
Alexander reached out and firmly held her trembling hand, "The girl who was pushing him is his caretaker and my friend's woman. The Lesser family's mansion is so big. Do you think we could have met him by chance on our own?" Vivian took a deep breath three times in a row. She finally stopped trembling, but her heart still pounded.
She felt a sense of guilt as if she had stolen the fruit from the tree Nancy had been nurturing for twenty years.
But when she remembered that Nancy stole Charlie from her and caused her so much suffering, her hatred completely suppressed her guilt.
"Alright, let's go!"
They got on the sightseeing bus and entered the Lesser family's mansion together.
From the outside, Vivian could only catch a glimpse of a small part of the mansion, but once she actually entered and saw the grand decoration inside, any lingering guilt disappeared. She had never seen such a large and luxurious mansion before!
The mansion n had a main road lined with tall trees. Behind the trees were flower beds; a zoo, and even a place specially designed for horse rearing. What kind of wealthy family could have a horse stable in their own home?
And that was not all. The closer they
got to the inner part, the more elegant the courtyard was, with pavilions, rockeries, and even a small river surrounding it. It was not an ordinary person's residence. It
was like a palace!
Vivian's breath became rapid. She could even imagine that once Noah recognized her, she would no longer be the old Vivian. She would become a genuine princess!
The mansion was so large that it took them over half an hour to reach a tall and antique-looking building.
The gatekeeper turned to them and said, "We're here. You may get off."
As soon as Vivian and Alexander got off the bus, a girl dressed like a woman from the 1940s came towards them.
"Young Master Lesser, Old Mrs. Lesser, and Old Master Lesser are already waiting inside. Please follow me."
The further they walked, the more determined Vivian became. No matter what, she had to let Noah accept her and live here!
The girl led them inside, and after entering a hall, she gestured with her hand and said, "Please come in."
Alexander politely thanked her and led Vivian into the hall without any embarrassment or hesitation.
The ones sitting in the main seats were not Noah but two old people who seemed to be in their sixties. Their dignified demeanor showed that they were the real owners of the Lesser family's mansion.
Noah was sitting beside them, and
there were several people sitting opposite him. There were both men and women, but Vivian didn't have time to look at them one by one she can excitedly towards Noah.
as
Tears streamed down her face as she looked at Noah as if she had suffered a lot. Suddenly, she threw herself into Noah's arms, crying with a mixture of sorrow and joy, "Dad! I finally found you..."
