Chapter 5 She was Fake and Nothing
Chapter 5 She was Fake and Nothing
Throw her out.
Aaron did what he said.
Because she ruined Kathy's birthday party, he had her, who was injured, thrown outside the villa.
The weather in the middle of summer changed unpredictably, and soon, a heavy rain fell.
The rain was pouring down.
She fell in disgrace outside the gorgeous house, allowing the storm to blur her view.
Within a moment, she was soaked, and the cut on her forehead was more ferocious.
Blood flew down along the jaw.
She was crying in the rain.
“Aaron…”
“It's my birthday, too. Why don't you remember?”
The cold rain pounded her face, and the wounds were numb.
She stumbled in the storm, and felt her heart falling into endless darkness.
All her life...
She could no longer see the boy who once held her in his arms.
She couldn't see that day.
Kathy was in the warm villa, enjoying the care of everyone, and her happy birthday.
While she...
She was wandering in the rainy night like a ghost.
Instead of going to the hospital to treat the wound, she returned alone to the Pearly villa.
It was her birthday, but there was no one with her.
She wrapped herself in her bedclothes and cried bitterly.
She passed out in pain and woke up in the pain.
How pathetic she was.
She slept until the evening, and was finally awakened by the swift sound of the doorbell.
Although groggy, she went to open the door.
“Who…” Beth's voice was hoarse.
Outside.
There stood a person.
It was a graceful and dignified lady, Dora Johnson, her birth mother, who recognized her and brought
her back to the Johnson family, but never treat her well for she was deaf!
No, her mom loved her when she just came back.
Then, gradually everything changed and they began to feel ashamed of her.
In the eyes of Mrs. Johnson, she was a deaf daughter, who could never hold a candle to the clever and
sensible Kathy.
Mrs. Johnson pushed open the door and strode in.
She immediately slapped Beth.
Beth was stunned.
Mrs. Johnson excoriated her, “Even if you and Kathy are not real sisters, you should know she is
pregnant now. You took her fiance before, caused her sent to the hospital with an asthma attack, and
even went to the house of Williams to smash her cake! Are you really going to bully her to death?”
Beth touched her painful face in a trance,.
That was her mom.
She could only see how good Kathy was.
That was why she could be so eccentric?
Who was bullying whom?
Both Mrs. Johnson and Aaron turned a blind eye to this fact!
But Beth laughed, “Mrs. Johnson, I think you've got it wrong. It was your daughter who shamelessly
hooked up with my husband. A pregnant mistress like her was meant to be punished and killed in
ancient times. Can this satisfy you? Is it enough to persuade you?”
Mrs. Johnson nearly spit blood with anger. She glared at her.
“If you hadn't taken her fiance, she would have been Mrs. Williams.”
Beth chuckled, “I am the daughter of the Johnson family. The engagement between the two families is
for Aaron and me! Who is she? She is not the real daughter of the family at all. How can she marry
Aaron?”
“Pop!”
Mrs. Johnson was so angry that she smacked Beth again.
The blood flew out from the corner of Beth’s lips. Her brain buzzed.
She had been numb with pain.
“Kathy is my daughter. Even if she isn’t born by me, she is still my daughter! I really didn't expect my
daughter to be like you! I should never have found you and taken you back to the Johnson family.”
“Aaron really loves Kathy. And they have their child now. If you still have a conscience, don't bother
them and just let them go. After all, Kathy is pregnant.”
So, her mom was here to get her divorced? Let Kathy and her baby go?
Interesting.
She was her daughter, but never better than that adopted daughter, Kathy.
“Why should I let them go? I will not let them go until I die. Kathy's baby will be a bastard forever!”
Kathy was going too far!
Mrs. Johnson was furious and wanted to hit her again, but she did not do it, because she suddenly
found that this girl’s eyebrows were just like Mr. Johnson’s eyesbrows.
Mrs. Johnson left and slammed the door in anger.
Beth had been strong for so long. Now she was so weak that she fell to the ground.
She was too tired.
She fainted.
