Dustin led Simone to the fifth floor of Moon Pavilion.

Since Delia had used his name to summon all the physicians of Lovellia to Rivenesco, he could not just stand by and watch.

When they reached the fifth floor, they saw two rooms with their doors wide open. Most of the people inside were elderly physicians.

These people were all top grade physicians of Lovellia, and they held high statuses within their community.

Dustin led Simone into a room across from them but did not shut the door. That way, he could watch the physicians.

Some of the top grade physicians talked among themselves excitedly and wanted to meet the Medical Sage as soon as possible.

After all, the Medical Sage was the highest–ranked physician in the medical field and was no less than a legend. Even top grade physicians respected him,

“If Miss Delia is the Medical Sage’s student, that means she’s really talented. I’m envious of her. With the Medical Sage supporting them, the Wyatt family will never fall,” Simone said.

She said that for Dustin’s benefit.

She did not want Dustin to seek revenge against the Wyatt family because they were powerful, and she did not want him to get hurt.

“Never fall, huh?” Dustin chuckled.

Even if he did not seek revenge, the Wyatt family was bound to fall.

The Wyatt family had been under his protection over the years, and that was why the five sisters had enjoyed the benefits. It had bloated their egos and made them haughty and arrogant. They thought everyone was beneath them.

The Wyatt family possessed a treasure that was coveted by many, and Dustin had fought for years and spilled a lot of blood to protect it. Even though he had helped them gain stability temporarily after destroying the Four Great Organizations, sooner or later, there would be trouble again.

How long could they hold out then?

Soon, Amara and Delia arrived at the fifth floor.

They saw Dustin and Simone.

“They’re really here!” Amara’s gaze was fixed on them, and her face turned icy.

Delia glared at them.

Since Dustin had come to create trouble, she did not show him any courtesy either.

After greeting the physicians, Amara and Delia walked to Dustin’s room.

“Dustin, I don’t care how you got a black gold card and how you managed to enter the fifth floor. This is an important occasion. If you create trouble, I won’t forgive you!” Amara sald solemnly.

“Some of these physicians are really important people and have terrible tempers. If you make them angry, you’re going to suffer,” said Amara as though she was looking out for him. In reality, she just did not want any trouble.

“Dustin, I only have one thing to say to you: take your lover with you and go!” Della snapped as she lost her temper.

Dustin’s gaze turned cold.

“You have no right to tell me to leave,” he said frostily. This isn’t the Wyatt family villa, and I won’t tolerate any more of your insults. I’m not here to do your bidding.

“Just tell me to leave one more time, I dare you.”

He glared murderously at Delia.

Delia felt as though she could not breathe, and her face changed.

She could not believe it. When did this parasite become so terrifying?

That gaze… It was as if he wanted to kill her right then.

Amara’s face darkened.

She had to admit that the present Dustin was completely different from before. His attitude was a stark contrast to the past.

Delia gritted her teeth as she said, “Dustin, don’t forget who you were in the Wyatt family. You were just

“Get out!” Dustin roared thunderously. Delia’s ears rang

She took a few staggering steps back in shock. She was furious.

The person she had constantly looked down on had become such a terrifying force!

“Miss Delia!”

Someone from the room behind them called out and quickly rushed over to hold her steady.

It was a young and handsome man.

“Dr. Williams…” Delia quickly gained her footing and thanked him.

Alvin Williams was an intermediate grade physician, just like her. He had come here with his teacher this time.

Alvin was from a wealthy family In Lovellia. His family was much more powerful than the Wyatt family. That was why Amara and Della were polite to him and made an exception to let him participate in this event.

“You b*stard! How dare you disrespect Miss Delia?!” Alvin yelled and pointed at Dustin.

Delia was a student of the Medical Sage, and she was also very pretty. He had begun to like her a long

time ago. When he got the chance to prove himself to her, he seized it.

“I hate men who raise their hands on women. Such men are worthless garbage! How dare you try to attack Miss Della?! Hmph! With me here, you can’t do that!” Alvin shouted Indignantly.

“Miss Amara, Miss Delia, please stand back. I’m going to teach this piece of trash a lesson!” he said confidently as he gestured to the two women to stand back.

Sorry f

for the trouble, Dr. Williams.” Amara’s eyes flashed cunningly.

“Dr. Williams, you’re so amazing! You’re also a 10th dan holder in karate. I’m sure you’ll teach this scum at lesson!” Delia urged him on.

She had heard that Alvin was not only skilled in medicine but also very well–versed in martial arts. He would certainly be able to handle Dustin.

“Just stand back and watch!” Alvin rolled his sleeves up and walked toward Dustin arrogantly.

“Simone, stand back. I don’t want any blood to get on you,” Dustin said coldly.

“Such bold words!” Alvin flew into a rage and charged forward to throw a punch at Dustin’s nose.

With a cold glare, Dustin grabbed Alvin’s fist and yanked him as the latter lost his balance and fell forward.

Then, he twisted his wrist.

Snap!

Alvin’s wrist broke.

Dustin brought his leg up and kicked him.

Thud!

Alvin crashed so hard on the floor that he looked like he was about to sink into it.

“Cough.”

Dustin had kicked Alvin so hard that Alvin coughed up blood. His face turned as pale as a sheet.

Everyone was stunned.

Delia’s mouth fell open in shock.

Alvin was a 10th dan in karate!

But he seemed as weak as a baby in front of Dustin. He could not even fight back!

Dustin had easily curb–stomped Alvin and brought him to his knees.

Both Amara and Delia were astonished,

Was this really the freeloader who had lived with them for more than ten years?

When did he become so powerful?

The two realized that they did not know Dustin anymore. It was as if he was a complete stranger.

Simone was the only one who did not find it strange.

Dustin was just as cool and composed as he had been when he had saved her.

He was quick, decisive, and strong.

Amara and Delia took a long while to regain their composure.

“How dare you, Dustin?! Do you have any idea who he is?!” Delia screeched. “He’s the heir of the Williams family, the most powerful family in Honora! He became a physician because he enjoys medicine! How could you hurt him so badly?! Do you want to die?!”

As she said that, Delia was cackling in her heart.

Since Dustin had offended the Williams family, he was going to suffer horribly!

Amara glared at Dustin coldly as though to say, “You brought this on yourself“.

They had planned it all when they had urged Alvin on a moment before.

If Alvin had won, Dustin would have been taught a lesson or two.

Even if Alvin lost, Dustin would end up offending the Williams family. He would definitely die.

“Is the Williams family really that incredible?” Dustin asked nonchalantly.
