Mr. Williams Wants His Ex-Wife Back

Chapter 27

Chapter 27

The next morning.Rebecca made breakfast and ate it.

Then she took her laptop and book to go out.

"It's Saturday.Where are you going?"

However, just as she got to the entrance, put down her things, and changed her shoes, a low and cold voice came from the stairs on the second floor.

Rebecca stopped, looked up, and said coolly, "Go to school.I have something to do."

Adam stared at her pale face.

His eyes were cold, and his voice was low and cold, "Don't forget, we're going back to my parents’ place today.”

Rebecca looked at him, without expecting him to remind her of this, but there was no emotion on her face.

She nodded lightly and said, "I got it."

"You'd better not keep me waiting.’ "Okay."

As soon as she finished speaking, Rebecca changed her shoes with her head down.

Then, she got her stuff, opened the door, and left.

The apartment door, made of solid wood and metal, was closed with a bang sound.

Adam closed his eyes and gritted his teeth as he watched her leave.

He felt that he became more and more like a lunatic.

She couldn't do morning reading in Skyline No.1, so Rebecca could only go to school.

Then she went library after it opened, Almost ten, Justin called her and asked where she was, saying to pick her up.

Rebecca told him that she was in the library.

So, Justin drove to the entrance of the library.

"Didn't you go back last night?"

Getting into the car, Rebecca asked Justin as she fastened her seat belt.

Justin smiled and handed a cup of juice he just bought to Rebecca.

Rebecca took a look and shook her head, "I don't have a sweet tooth.’

Justin frowned, "I saw you drink before."

"I drank with Caroline.’

Then Rebecca took it over, "Well, thank you"

Looking at her, Justin smiled helplessly and he snatched the cup of juice from her hand, "Rebecca, don't force yourself if you don't like it.I mean it.Don't force yourself to do anything.Life is short.Living happily is more important than anything else."

Looking at Justin, Rebecca was suddenly stunned.

Life was short. It was more important to be happy than anything else.

Really? Could she? After a moment of spacing out, Rebecca smiled, "Then I won't drink it.

"Okay." Justin said.

He got out of the car, threw it directly into the trash can, and then got in the car, started the car, and drove out.

"Where is your cousin living?" Rebecca asked.

Justin quickly turned to look at her, "Villa district in Long Island"

"Yes? So your cousin is rich." Rebecca laughed and joked.

"Well, sort of" Justin thought for a moment and replied.

"Oh, what's the name of your cousin?" Rebecca asked again.

"Manda."

"On your father's side?" Rebecca asked curiously.

Justin smiled, "Yes."

"Which subject does she need my help with?" Rebecca asked.

Justin turned his head and looked at her again with a handsome smile and shining eyes, "Literature, math, French, etc.Almost all subjects. She needs your help."

Rebecca was speechless.

"Seriously, you can teach her all day on Saturday."

Seeing Rebecca was silent, Justin emphasized.

Rebecca leaned back in her seat and didn't answer.

She was a little sleepy.

It was neither cold nor hot in September.

The air conditioning in the car was off and the window was open.

The breeze blew in Rebecca's face and she felt comfortable.

She fell asleep beyond her knew it.

Rebecca slept soundly and comfortably.

When she woke up, Justin's car was parked outside the courtyard of a three-story villa.

"How long have I slept?"

Rebecca opened her eyes and saw Justin who was looking at her in the driver's seat.

Then she looked down at her watch.

It was already twelve o'clock at noon.

It took an hour from New York University to here at most.

"Rebecca, what did you do last night? You're so sleepy. It's morning. But you are so sleepy:"

Justin leaned over and asked with a half-smile, with one hand propping beside her.

Rebecca hated being late.

She was a very punctual person, but now she was an hour late, so she was kind of annoyed.

"Please wake me up next time."

However, she couldn't help but lose her temper, although it was not obvious.

"Okay, don't worry.” However, Justin didn't care.

He started the car and drove into the villa, "It's not late to go in now.”

Looking at him, Rebecca was speechless.

However, she knew very well that Justin tolerated her because he liked her.

She went too far by Justin's affection.

Immediately, the car drove into the courtyard and stopped in front of the grandest three-story villa.

And, someone came to open the door for Rebecca.

"Mr.Capen, you're back.’’ When Rebecca got out of the car, the butler came.Rebecca frowned and turned to look at Justin.

At this time, she saw a woman in her thirties and a teenage girl walking out of the villa.

"Justin.”

"Justin, why are you so late? Didn't you say eleven o'clock?"

"Mom, Manda."

Mom, Manda? Seeing this, Rebecca instantly understood. It turned out this was Justin's home and Manda was his sister.
