Chapter 242 Mr. Henderson Emerged

Chapter 242 Mr. Henderson Emerged

Martin was not angry. He stared at Baron and smiled. “How dare you, Baron! Even with their backing,

you’re not able to challenge me!”

Baron shook his head and a slight smile broke on his lips.

The crowd laughed and they began to flatter Martin.

“At least he knows his place.”

“Together we could end the Lewis family and the Kato Prosperity easily!”

“Mr. Brook, give the order and I will take immediate measures to the Kato Prosperity.”

Baron looked at me coldly and sneered, “I think you misunderstand me. You know what? You are

nothing to me, Martin.”

Everyone was shaken by these unexpected words. Immediately, Martin’s eyes were wide with

astonishment. The smile froze on his lips. A wave of anger came over him. “Piece of shit. You are

dead! No man could talk to me that way!” snarled Martin.

Baron stared at Martin, crossing his arms. “All right, no more talking. You’re not taking me away. If you

don’t believe that, you can try,” said Baron casually.

Baron was confident for very few men were match for him in the whole of Nona. His Brone Group’s

assets far surpassed the others combined. And not only that, he had no equal in fighting.

Baron turned to look at Camel and said, “Remembers all of their names, Camel! You must make sure

they will become penniless in the next three days.”

“I can help you, Camel!” Edward said.

“Great, Mr. Lewis! With your help, I can do the job in one day,” said Camel, with a smile.

Martin froze for an instant and then burst into laughter. “That’s ridiculous. Who do you think you are?”

“You’ll end up dead. No one was allowed to talk to Mr. Brook like that!” Tom said through clenched

teeth. Then he waved to his bodyguards. “Bring him here!”

At these words, his two bodyguards made a dart at Baron.

Camel’s face was dark with anger. “I’d like to see them try!” he said.

Just then, his bodyguards stepped in front of Baron, squaring up for a duel.

Martin stared at Baron, his eyes burning. “Go help them!” Martin ordered with an angry look.

Next second, Baron’s group were surrounded by eight bodyguards. In comparison, Camel’s four

bodyguards were in a weak position.

Marry struggled to her feet and wiped the blood from her mouth. Her face was contorted with fury. She

couldn’t wait to see Baron die!

Actually, the Zouch family were thinking the same thing, especially Sherry. If Baron dies, his Peak Hotel

was hers. Sherry got excited just thinking about it.

“This is stupid. Believe it or not. You will come to a bad end,” Edward sneered. He thought they would

regret when they found out who Baron really was. After today, Kato would be turned upside down.

“Mind you, Edward! This is Karo! You are on my territory,” Tom roared. Then he turned to Camel and

said, “And you. You’re just the General Manager of the Kato Prosperity. You don’t mean anything to

me.”

A fierce look came into Martin’s eyes. “Disable them all!” he ordered.

But in that moment, a figure emerged and he gave a bodyguard a hard kick, sending him flying.

“Jacob!” Someone immediately recognized him.

Martin and Tom had saw Jacob at the Spring Garden Restaurant last night. They didn’t expect to see

him again today. They stared at Jacob, looking very somber.

Jacob glanced warily at them, with a sharp dagger in his hand. “One more step, I’ll kill you!” he said

coldly.

For a few seconds, there was complete silence. Jacob was their worst nightmare. Even Tom seemed

too appalled to speak. When his eyes travelled over Baron, Camel, Edward and Jacob, he felt a

sudden thrill of foreboding.

A short time before, the Porter family vanished completely, and Camel took over the Kato Prosperity.

Did Baron have anything to do with all of these things?

Why did Jacob choose Baron? Why did Camel treat him with respect? Why did Edward change his

attitude so quickly? Tom had so many questions, but he hadn’t got a clue.

At first, Edward brought Susan to apologize to him, but when he saw Baron, he became a totally

different person.

Suddenly, a thought came to Tom’s mind. Maybe Baron was the one behind all this! Tom was scared

just thinking about it. Tom refused to believe it, but only this possibility made sense.

“Who are you?” Tom asked.

“What do you think?” Baron asked back, with a smile on his face.

Tom’s face turned white at the words. He thought maybe he was right.

Martin stared at Jacob and seemed to be deep in thought. In his opinion, Jacob was the main

impediment to kill Baron. Without Jacob, he would totally win. “Follow me, Jacob! No matter how much

he pays you, I’m going to pay you twice as much!” Martin said through gritted teeth.

“You are not worthy!” Jacob said coldly.

Martin flew into a fury when he heard the words. “You son of a bitch! You want to die; I’ll kill you right

now.”

At these words, his bodyguard snorted. He pulled a gun out of his pocket and pointed at Jacob.

When others saw the gun, they uttered a terrified scream.

“Now, you get a second chance. Think about it, Jacob. Follow me, or die?” Martin said loudly and

looked at Jacob fiercely. If Jacob said no, he would not hesitate to shoot.

“What the hell are you doing, Martin?” An angry voice called out from the door. Next second, four

people came in. There were three old men with white hair, and a young woman of about twenty.

“Old man, who the hell do you think you are? You are dead for he is Mr. Brook!” Someone said

furiously.

Martin bristled. His face taut with anger. He rushed straight to the man. Then he beat and kicked him.

“Fuck you shithead! He is Mr. Henderson!” Then he shouted to the bodyguard, “Put the gun back, you

fool!”
