Devil's Trapped Angel

She looked pale as if a big amount of blood was sucked from her, Demon's mind was blank seeing her like this, he wanted to take away all the pain. He brought those puppies for her happiness, but it turned out like this, he never imagined this. Almost 4 hours passed and Demon was sitting next to Samara seeing her face and kissing her hand. The doctor entered after a knock. Demon turned to the doctor standing from the chair and said in an authoritative tone, "Why is she not awake till now?"

Doctor said in a calm tone, "Mr Knight, Ms Samara" Demon glared at him angrily, understanding the situation doctor corrected himself immediately, "I mean, Mrs Knight is very weak now and it's good if she sleeps more" Demon frowned and asked, "What do you mean by she is very weak, she was in good health this morning. How can she be so weak?" Doctor looked at him puzzled and said, "Mr. Knight I think we should not disturb Mrs Knight's sleep, please follow me to the outer room of this ward, I have to tell you other things also"

Demon was puzzled; he looked at the sleeping Samara, nodded to the doctor and followed him; they walked to the next room. After reaching the next room doctor said immediately, "Mr. Knight, Mrs Knight had a miscarriage" Demon was hell shocked and it was visible on his face, reading his facial expression doctor understood that he didn't know about it, he continued, "She was one month pregnant, and due to this accident she lost too much blood and lost the fetus"

"I am not sure whether she was aware of her pregnancy or not, you have to break this news to her if she was not aware and helped...." Before the doctor could continue Demon interrupted in a stern voice, "No need to tell her anything, I don't want to have any kids with her, and I don't want any hospital staff to discuss or disclose this news to her" Saying this he left for Samara's room leaving the shocked doctor.

Doctor was utterly confused, seeing his reaction in front of the operation theatre a few hours back. He thought he loved his wife so much, but which man in the world doesn't want to have kids with his beloved women. Demon entered the room and saw Samara sleeping peacefully; he slowly slipped into the bed next to her and slept holding her tightly in his arms. Little did Demon know that Samara heard his conversation with the doctor?

The moment he left her ward she woke up, she looked for someone in the room but when she didn't find anyone around she slowly stood up and walked towards the door supporting herself by the walls. She was about to open the door, but when she heard Demon's and the doctor's conversation she stopped and heard everything. News of her pregnancy and miscarriage was too much for her to digest, and on top of that, her heart broke into a million pieces when he heard Demon's words.

She returned to her bed before Demon entered the room. While Demon was sleeping holding her, she was crying silently. She thought that she was always right about him, she was just a sex toy for him, he doesn't want to have a family with her, she is just his bed warmer.

And she was such a fool to believe his act as his love, she had stopped herself to love him but her heart never listened to her and now she has broken from inside.

The next morning when Demon slowly opened his eyes, he found Samara in his arms sleeping peacefully, every time he held her in his arms he felt relaxed. He always has a fear that someday Samara will leave him and so he wants to hold Samara all the time. He slowly got up from the bed without disturbing Samara and went to the bathroom.

John had already arranged the clothes for both of them, when Demon was standing in the shower, he had mixed feelings, he was sure that he didn't want any child with Samara because he didn't want her to suffer any pain.

But why it is paining him so much thinking that he lost his and Samara's child, the thought of having a daughter just like Samara brought a smile to his face. He was lost in thoughts only when he heard Samara's voice, "Where are you please come back?"

He immediately ran out of the bathroom wrapping a towel and found Samara frowning and sweating badly. She was dreaming, and continuously saying, "Please bring him back, he is my baby".

Demon was shocked to hear this, he thought that Samara didn't know about her pregnancy, but listening to her it seems she was aware. Samara continued with closed eyes, she was crying now, "Please bring my baby back I can't live without him"

Demon hugged her tightly and said, "Samara, baby please wake up, please don't scare me sweetheart please open your eyes" As if Samara heard his voice, she slowly opened her eyes; her whole face was covered with tears. Samara felt very weak emotionally, she hugged back Demon and cried.

Demon didn't stop her, he slowly caressed her back. They were like that for some time; John knocked on the door and entered the room with breakfast for Demon and Samara.

Samara slowly stood and walked to the bathroom, Demon waved John to leave and entered the bathroom, he helped Samara brush her teeth. He helped her take a bath, he took care of her like a child, and Samara was blankly looking at him without saying a single word.

He brought her out of the bathroom and started feeding her breakfast with his hands. His heart was in so much pain seeing Samara's blank eyes looking at him; he didn't know what to tell her to console her. He cannot say that we can have other babies, he can't see her bearing that much pain to give birth to a child, if she wants he will adopt hundreds of kids for her.
