Chapter 25: Ain’t None of my Business

Chapter 25: Ain’t None of my Business

I slowly rubbed my head against the soft pillow that blanketed around my head, the sound of a lighter

flicking quickly making my eyes widen.

My head quickly got up as my sleepy eyes were slightly squinted, coming to find out that my pillow

wasn't a pillow, but Cadence's soft pale chest.

What the fuck? Where the hell am I?

"Cade you're an addict, weed isn't breakfast." Rama's voice appeared to my right, only sending jolts of

electricity inside my body to quickly get off the bed. "Dude fucking relax!" He exclaimed at my sudden

movement.

"W-w-where am I?" I hastily asked, rubbing both of my hands against my messy bed hair to try and

remember what happened last night.

"You're in my suite." Rama moved closer towards Cadence as I didn't know how to feel over the fact

that I slept with 2 other boys last night.

"Wait? What?" My eyes widened around the room, shirts and pants laying on the floor. "Did we?" I

asked as I backed up against the wall.

Cadence chuckled as a cloud of smoke left his mouth. "Threesome? Hell no." His voice was gravelly as

he passed the blunt towards Rama. "I'm not going to jail, aren't you a little kid?" He raised an eyebrow

at me.

"I-I'm 18." I quickly replied. "H-how old are you guys?" I couldn't help but sound terrified as I still tried to

process everything.

"20." Cadence threw me a wide child-like smile.

"19." Rama nodded.

Cadence began to speak again, crossing his muscular arms at me. "But you are legal, so maybe we

could do something." He joked as he laughed at me.

"Shut up dude." Rama tried to hold in a laugh as he blew smoke. "You're gonna scare him."

"How did I even get here?" I hate the smell of weed. "Have you guys seen my friends?" I asked.

Cadence shook his head, strands of his perfectly brown curly hair falling onto his pale cheeks. "Nope."

He popped his mouth. "You bumped into me alone and you were really fucked up."

Rama joined in. "He took advantage of you being fucked up and made you take a hit." He yawned, my

mouth leaving a loud gasp as he pointed at what he was smoking.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. "Why would you do that to me?" I scoffed, hearing them try to

hide a laugh.

"Relax babe." Cadence shrugged. "You didn't die." The second I heard his response, I quickly ran out

the room, not bothering to look back.

My eyes couldn't help but shift around the impressive structure around me as I ran down the spiraled

staircase. Why are the suites so grand?

After going down the flights of stairs, I rapidly opened the heavy front door and was gone.

I have to ask Benny and Logan what the hell happened last night, and why wasn't I with them!

After taking a shower and doing whatever it is I needed to do to be clean again, I finally arrived at the

cafeteria.

The table was quiet as Benny and Logan didn't even bother looking up at me. "Are you guys okay?" I

spoke anxiously, sitting on the table.

Benny yawned, his tone slightly sharp as if he was bothered by me. "Woke up inside a bush again." He

tiredly looked up, my eyes glancing at Logan as I couldn't help but drop my mouth at him.

"Logan what happened to your eye?" I asked, observing the purple bruise around his right eye.

Logan forcefully dropped his fork on his tray as he looked at me with burning fury. "You fucking

punched me in the face last night Micah!"

His voice slightly echoed throughout the cafeteria, although the conversations were still loud so nobody

really heard him but me and Benny.

"Oh shit, really? I don't remember." My face softened as I quickly apologized. "Logan I'm so sorry, I

would never punch anyone on purpose, I'm genuinely sorry Logan." I spoke low, staring at Logan

deeply breathe as the table remained silent, Benny just quietly drinking out of his coffee cup.

Benny finished sipping as he coughed. "Y'all kissed too but that ain't none of my business." I quickly

choked on my food as Logan spoke out.

"Why the fuck did you even have to bring that up?" Logan's voice raised as Benny tried not to laugh.

My mouth was widened at the both of them as I was frozen. "W-we kissed?"

Logan ignored me, continuing to eat his food as Benny side-eyed the both of us, awkward silence

surrounding all 3 of us.

After a moment, Logan quickly got back up, his face drowned in complete anger as he began to walk

away.
