Chapter 11
Chapter 11 Call Ethan
Maria also said, "That's right. Be smart and give the tie to Sharon. You can't afford it anyway."
Leah responded gracefully, "I picked it up first. There's no reason to give it to you. There are many other ties. This one is mine."
"Miss Wilson, I'm doing this only for your good. One hundred thousand dollars is not small, and you don't have much money now. There is no need to buy such an expensive tie to show off. If you keep your money, you may need it for emergency." Sharon said gently, as if she was very considerate.
However, Leah didn't care what she said.
"You don't need to worry about my life. I like this tie. I will buy it."
Sharon's expression changed slightly. She pressed her lips and said nothing.
Maria felt that her best friend had been wronged. She glared at Leah and immediately called the salesman over.
"Hi, we want this tie. Pack it up for us quickly."
"Yes. I'll pack it up for you right now." The salesman had just been serving other customers. He didn't hear their conversation, so he subconsciously picked up the tie and wanted to pack it up for Maria. Leah frowned and stopped him.
"I saw the tie first. Pack it up and give it to me."
The salesman was confused. He looked back at Maria.
"Young lady, I..."
Maria pointed at Leah and said angrily, "Don't you see she is in poverty? The bag she is carrying is
fake, and her clothes are cheap. Does he look like a rich person? Can you open your eyes and take a
closer look?"
Leah's clothes were custom-made. How could Maria recognize them? Maria was shallow. It was normal that she judged a person by their clothes.
Leah didn't want to show off. She also didn't bother to explain to them.
"You don't need to worry about my wallet. Since I like it, I can buy it. It's none of your business."
The salesman noticed something
was wrong and said cautiously, "We have clear rules in our store. First come, first serve. The other customers can have the goods only when the first one doesn't want it."
Maria got angry and scolded directly, "What a stupid rule! Can't you see she is broken?"
The salesman smiled and apologized, "I'm so sorry. This is our store's rule."
Maria snorted coldly. She went to Sharon and said lowly, "Sharon, what should we do now? Although this tie is expensive, what if Leah keeps up appearances and buys it? It will be a humiliation to you!"

A hint of gloom flashed across Sharon's eyes. Then, she seemed to think of something and smiled slightly.
"Don't worry. I have a VIP card."
Maria's eyes lit up. "The VIP customers have the right to purchase first. So Leah can't buy this tie!"
Sharon's smile became more extensive. She took the VIP card from her bag and handed it to the salesman.
"I am a VIP customer of your brand. Can you sell this tie to me, please?"
The salesman took the VIP card, turned to look at Leah, and explained, "Miss, VIP customers in our store have priority to purchase. Now I can only..."
Before he finished speaking, Leah interrupted him, "Wait. Don't rush. I'll make a call."
