the miserable life of a miserable teenager

spare change

You never realise how bad it is until you leave. You hold the meals you’ve served me,

over my head.

Would you like me to make up for all the microwave meals?

Or the Walmart clothes?

Don’t call me ungrateful,

I am grateful.

But I’m just not in the mood to repay for the duties, you signed up for by bringing me into the world.

Survived till this point, which means maybe you did something right.

It was enough to keep me breathing,

but not living.

I can’t blame you for that entirely,

there must be a common denominator.

Who knew, one little girl, dozens of problems.

But by all means, you brought me into this world, take me out.
